MBS Returns Policy

We accept a 14 day return policy on all unopened and unused goods. Unfortunately, anything that has been customised, i.e.. ball drilling, cant be returned. You have the right to return with 14 days within the guidelines set above. The return window begins once your delivery has been received.

Items that have been customised cant be refunded, if you aren't happy with a drilled ball then please let us know and we will work with you to fix the issue.

To return an item, please fill out the form below with all the required details and we will contact you. Once we contact you about your return we will then process it, once processed your original payment method will be refunded. (PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will exclude the shipping cost paid)

MBS Refund Policy

If you aren't happy with a product as long as it is in a new unused condition then we can refund you the price of the product, unfortunately we cant refund the price paid for shipping.

To request a refund, please fill out the above returns form and we will contact you to work to a resolution.

What cant we refund for:

- Any ball that has been drilled to a custom fit.

-Shoes that have been used and worn whilst bowling.

-Any product that has a breakable seal.

-Refund an order due to shipping delays that are outside of our control.

-Purchases made with vouchers - voucher amount is not refundable.
